Salon la Fiesta, our largest Ballroom, can accommodate up to 350 persons.

Salon Atardecer, our ocean view Banquet Room, can accommodate up to 200 persons.

Set up is available in a variety of configurations and is tailored to the needs of each individual event.

Theater Set Up

Services are available from audio video equipment to economically feasible housing and catering needs.

Four smaller areas are available to accommodate more intimate events from 6 to 50 persons.

Menus include choices of meat, poultry, fish and vegetarian entrees. All meals include your choice of soup or fresh green salad with choice of dressings; accouterments complementary to the main course; dinner rolls prepared in our own in-house bakery or tortillas; dessert and coffee.

Banquets can be individually plated or served buffet style. If plated, add $$3.00 to menu price per person and host must provide exact number of each entree and place cards at table settings to facilitate service.

A nonrefundable Event Guarantee Fee of $$250.00 (two hundred and fifty dollars), credited to the Master Account during the course of the Event, guarantees the space and date required.

Events are payable in full in advance with fifty (50%) percent of the estimated expenditures due and payable ninety (90) days prior to the event date. The balance is due thirty (30) days prior to event.
