From the GLOSSARY OF TOUR TERMS:

Ocean View
• A room from which it is possible to view the ocean, whether the room is on the first floor, the 12th floor, or on a hillside.
• A room from which it is possible to secure at least a partial and possibly a full view of the ocean (usually located on the side of a hotel).

Ocean Front
• A room directly facing the ocean on any floor.

GUEST ROOMS
All 147 guest rooms enjoy an ocean view. Requests for non-smoking rooms are fulfilled based upon availability on the date of arrival.

Room Types:

Our Standard Rooms:
*An Oceanview King is furnished with one (1) King bed overlooking the central gardens and pool area with the ocean beyond.
*While every room in the house has a view of the ocean, naturally some views are better than others.
*Rate based on double (maximum) occupancy.
*There are 28 of this room type in the hotel.

*An Oceanview Double/Double is furnished with two (2) double beds overlooking the central pool and garden area with the ocean in the background.
*While every room in the house is angled for a view of the ocean, some views are better than others.
*Rate based on double occupancy + up to 2 children under 12 stay free in same room with parents.
*Will accommodate up to (2) extra adults/teenagers at $25+ tax per extra person per night to a maximum occupancy of 4 (four) persons regardless of age.
*There are 99 of this room type in the hotel. (Upper right photo above)

Oceanfront King:
Ocean FRONT (vs. ocean view), this premium room is furnished with one (1) King bed.
*A standard sized room with a balcony directly facing the ocean.
*Non smoking is NOT available.
*Rate based on double (maximum) occupancy.
*There are only 4 of this room type in the hotel. (Middle left photo above)

Oceanfront Deluxe King:
This is a large room, ocean FRONT (vs. ocean view) with a sofa in a sitting area (many hotels refer to this room type as a 'suite' or 'jr. suite')
*Our premium room is furnished with one (1) King bed.
*Situated at the ends of each wing of the hotel directly facing the ocean in front with side views of the central gardens, pool area and coastline.
*Non smoking is NOT available.
*Rate based on double (maximum) occupancy.
*There are 12 of this room type in the hotel. (Middle right photo above)

Oceanview Family Room:
*One entrance to two (2) connected rooms -
First is the parent’s room with 1 King bed connected to another room for the kids with 2 Double beds. Each is furnished with it’s own bathroom/TV/closet/etc., but the children cannot leave the room without going through their parent’s room.
*While every room in the hotel has a view of the ocean, the view from the kids’ room is partial.
*There are no Family Rooms on the Dog Floor.
*The first rooms off the lobby on the 4th and 5th floors or each wing, the kids’ room backs up to the Lobby Bar where live music plays most weekends.
*Rate based on quadruple occupancy + up to 2 kids under 12 stay free in same room with parents.
*Will accommodate up to 2 extra adults/teenagers at $25.+ tax per extra person per night to a maximum occupancy of six (6) persons regardless of age.
*There are only 4 of this room type in the hotel. (Unless you have xRay vision, just imagine the door in the corner of the room in the top left photo connects to the room in the top left photo!)
