Menus include choices of meat, poultry, fish and vegetarian entrees. All meals include your choice of soup or fresh green salad with choice of dressings; accouterments complementary to the main course; dinner rolls prepared in our own in-house bakery or tortillas; dessert and coffee.

Banquets can be individually plated or served buffet style. If plated, host must provide exact number of each entree and seating chart with place cards to facilitate service.

A nonrefundable Event Guarantee of $$250.00 (two hundred and fifty dollars), credited to the Master Account during the course of the Event, guarantees the space and date required.

Events are payable in full in advance with fifty (50%) percent of the estimated expenditures due and payable ninety (90) days prior to the event date. The balance is due thirty (30) days prior to event.
